Covid pandemic has given us a lot of time to reflect on our lives and think. To pause and smell the flowers.

There is a feeling that we feel when we think back to our past and wondered if we did things differently, would things turn out different?

That is regret.

Life is fragile, what we can do is we can try to admit our mistakes and fix them before it is too late. Before everything that matters fade away, before death, before running out of time.

For me, there are some:

Mistake 1: HOLDINGS. Stocks that you have sold off when you should not have. As it pans out, they grew 100% from the position you sold off. Those stocks for me were Facebook and Tencent. Should I fix this mistake by buying them back now?

Mistake 2 : PERSON. Not appreciating certain people in my life. Once upon a time, there is an important person who cared about my well-being. Where is she now?

Mistake 3 : HEALTH. Not taking care of myself. As of today, my lipid profile is off the charts. I need to take care of myself better. This needs to be fix soon.

Mistake 4 : EMOTIONAL DECISIONS. Do not use emotions when deciding on something significant. Calm down and think it over calmly. Decide fast.

Mistake 5 : INCOME. With more income, your time will be free up. I will have to increase my income.

That is all for now.
